Delivery & Returns

For our smaller items, these will be sent via DHL or similar service, with a track and trace system and will require a signature upon delivery.

For larger items such as Armoires these will be delivered using our own delivery service and delivery will be arranged at a pre-agreed time. The customer must also sign for this delivery. The customer will be re-charged for a second delivery if no one is home on the agreed date to take delivery of the item(s). We reserve the right to charge for an additional delivery fee for very remote locations.  There may be a surcharge for Scotland, Ireland and non UK Mainland.  Please contact us if you are unsure.

If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us and return the item to us within one week including all original packaging and labelling. The goods must be unmarked and undamaged. If the item arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All deliveries are signed for; please do not sign if the packaging is damaged. If the item is delivered self assembled the item must be inspected and signed for agreeing the item was delivered undamaged. Please note, many of our items are designed to have an aged affect which includes differing paint affects, areas of paint work removed and other distressed finishing techniques. These are deliberate imperfections to the items. Please note colours and mouldings may also vary from piece to piece and the pictures on the website.

We do not refund postage on unwanted or non-faulty items.

In all instances, the buyer must pay to return items. 

If you have purchase a piece of furniture, the overall price generally includes for a £30 delivery fee.  This delivery fee is non-refundable.  Please ask us before buying what the allocated delivery fee will be as if you decide to return your item, we will not refund the delivery charge.
