Dora Designs Bertie Bristle's Family Draught Excluder
Welcome to the Bristles Family! Part of the Dora Designs traditional range, this happy little family will keep all of your draughts out in exchange for a saucer of milk! 33 inches / 84cm long finished in a beige brocade fabric with faux brown fur.
For our smaller items, these will be sent via DHL or similar service, with a track and trace system and will require a signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to charge for an additional delivery fee for very remote locations. For Scotland, Ireland and non mainland UK there may be a surcharge for delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us and return the item to us within one week including all original packaging and labelling. The goods must be unmarked and undamaged. If the item arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We do not refund postage on unwanted or non-faulty items. If your delivery is shown as free, there is still a cost associated to this. We will not refund the cost of the delivery and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items. Please contact us if you are unsure of our return's policy. For orders which are cancelled before delivery; these may be subject to an admin fee depending on when the cancellation has taken place and cost incurred to the company.
