Lilyben Furniture are based in Hertfordshire and successfully run a French Boutique specialising in stylish furniture and accessories. Our online French Boutique has an extensive product range from exquisite Venetian pieces; hand made shabby chic, luxury French Chateau, Contemporary and silver embossed furniture with an array of ornate mirrors and accessories all excellent quality and value. You can quickly and easily search our online shop to find that special piece you are looking for, or contact our friendly team direct to help you with your order or answer any questions you may have. Our aim is to grow into one of the largest online Home Interiors stores therefore our website is constantly evolving as we source new fabulous items to enhance your Home.

Lilyben also provide our customers with a bespoke furniture service. In our local workshop we have been making furniture for over 30 year and pride ourselves on our client service. We offer an extensive range of furniture crafted from sustainable quality products with a variety of classic and contemporary finishes. We plan, design, build and fit, quality bespoke handcrafted kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, conservatories and any one-off item to fit your home; be it a dresser, rocking horse, tree house or log cabin to the garden!

We believe every Lilyben kitchen, bedroom or bathroom is a clients dream turned into reality.

Making your Purchase
Our website has been designed to make finding your item as easily as possible. Once you have found what you are looking for simply click on the item and add it to your shopping basket. Once you have finished your shopping, click on Checkout and you will be asked to enter your personal details to complete the order.

Tax
All of our advertised prices are inclusive of 20% VAT

Shipping and Handling
We provide an excellent delivery service direct to your home and our customers will receive their items within 2 -7 working days when the item is in stock in our premises. Where the item needs to be ordered in customers will receive their order within 2-21 days of the goods arriving into stock. It is the customer’s sole responsibility that measurements of the item are checked against access areas to ensure the item can be delivered and to avoid access issues. If an item is not in stock delivery will be approximately 4 – 16 weeks, you can cancel your order if you decide not to wait. Please contact us before you order and we can check stock availability.

Delivery
For our smaller items, these will be sent via DHL or similar service, with a track and trace system and will require a signature upon delivery. For larger items such as Armoires these will be delivered using our own delivery service and delivery will be arranged at a pre-agreed time. The customer must also sign for this delivery. The customer will be re-charged for a second delivery if no one is home on the agreed date to take delivery of the item(s). We reserve the right to charge for an additional delivery fee for very remote locations.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us and return the item to us within one week including all original packaging and labelling. The goods must be unmarked and undamaged. If the item arrives damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All deliveries are signed for; please do not sign if the packaging is damaged. If the item is delivered self assembled the item must be inspected and signed for agreeing the item was delivered undamaged. Please note, many of our items are designed to have an aged affect which includes differing paint affects, areas of paint work removed and other distressed finishing techniques. These are deliberate imperfections to the items. Please note colours and mouldings may also vary from piece to piece and the pictures on the website. We do not refund postage on unwanted or non-faulty items.  If you wish to cancel your order at any stage, please let us know in writing via email to sales@lilyben.co.uk.  Your refund may be subjected to an admin fee along with the charges for the credit/debit card you paid with. Please note bespoke furniture work is non refundable.
